I have my Bachelor's in Criminal Justice Studies, because my plan was to become an FBI Special Agent like Dana Scully ♥ . However, that plan fell apart because I'm a wuss, heh. So, for three years after I finished school, I worked in 1031 tax-deferred exchanges until the company crashed and burned (through no fault of my own, thank you). I presently work in accounting for a local museum.
I love New York and all things Broadway - if you wanna get specific, all things Idina Menzel and Wicked. I hope to move to New York City in the next year or two to better immerse myself in the theater world.
I've mostly abandoned my life in North Dakota that once was, in order to "discover myself," I guess...that sounds pretty cliché, doesn't it? I do not miss my past life. I do miss some of my friends. And my family. But leaving that all behind was the best decision I ever made. This journal is an account of my life both before, during, and after my evolution into a real grown-up.
